1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. They may be strictly necessary for the operation of the site or serve other purposes (analytics, personalisation, advertising).

2. Cookies used by alethexis.com

Alethexis uses only strictly necessary session cookies, managed by our authentication provider (Supabase), to keep your session signed in and to ensure the security of access. These cookies do not require prior consent in accordance with Article 22 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), as they are essential for providing the service requested.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking cookies or profiling cookies.

3. Cookie-free analytics

To measure use of the site we employ a privacy-respecting analytics tool (Plausible or equivalent), which does not use cookies and does not collect identifiable personal data, working with aggregated metrics and a truncated IP address. For this reason, the site does not display a cookie consent banner: there are no non-necessary cookies to consent to.

We also use the browser's local storage (localStorage) to remember functional interface preferences, such as having dismissed a notice inviting you to subscribe to our newsletter. It is not used for tracking or profiling purposes, nor is it shared with third parties.

4. How to manage cookies

You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Please note that blocking strictly necessary session cookies may prevent you from signing in and using the platform.

5. Further information and contact

For further information on the processing of your data, see the Privacy Policy. For any enquiry: [email protected].
