Not all your clients are at the same point. One needs only inventory and AI literacy (Art. 4) today. Another has a chatbot that interacts with people: the interaction notice is an obligation of its provider (Art. 50.1), and it falls to your client to verify it and keep a record — in force since 2 August 2026. Another is heading towards high risk. Alethexis is contracted by modules: in each client you activate the layer their timeline requires, and you extend it when their turn comes — without selling anyone an all-or-nothing project.
