How it works
From inventory to auditable evidence, step by step. Illustrative representations of the platform, with sample data.
Step 1 — Inventory
You register the AI systems your company uses: from ChatGPT to the CRM with scoring. Each system is recorded with its provider, area of use and owner — the starting point for everything else.
Step 2 — Classification
The engine classifies each system's risk on the P0–P6 scale, mapped to the EU AI Act risk framework according to the Regulation's own criteria. You see at a glance what needs more attention and why.
Step 3 — Governance
You define the AI Committee and the RACI matrix: who decides, who executes, who reviews. The governance structure is documented, not scattered across loose emails.
Step 4 — Evidence
You generate signable FRIAs and DPIAs, with a SHA-256 hash and a record of who signed and when. An artefact that can be shown in an audit or an inspection, not a ticked box.
