Versions of the legal texts
Which version of each legal text is offered to new contracts, since when, and how it applies to earlier contracts.
For each legal text, this page publishes the version that new contracts accept and since when. Amendments to the Terms of Service and the Data Processing Agreement are notified to each organisation at least 30 calendar days in advance, save for the exceptions provided for in each text, by email and notice in the Service.
